Chicken Aloo Palak
Recipe: Sanjay Hingorani
500gms Chicken on the bone
2-3 Potatoes cubed
2 Bunches of Palak chopped blanched for a few mins.
2 Onions blended
3 Tomatoes pureed
2 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp Chicken masala
1 tsp Cumin seeds
2 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
3-4 Curry leaves
1 tbsp GnG paste
4 tbsp Ghee
Method:
In a kadai, heat the ghee and the cumin gng and curry leaves. Add the chicken. Fry on high. Add the onions. Low flame add the tomatoes. Add the masalas. When chicken is half done. Add the potatoes. Cook till the potatoes are soft. Add the palak now. You can add water if you want. I didn't. Simmer 10 mins. Done.
Eat with hot rotis or paranthas.
Eat , Enjoy , Repeat !
