Pasta Fusilli Egg Salad Serves 2 Ingredients: 1 cup boiled pasta 1-2 boiled eggs 3 cups boiled peas, beans, carrots, brocolli 1 tbsp butter 3 tbsp garlic mayo (Kraft) 2 green chillies finely chopped (optional) 1/4 tsp black pepper and oregano Method: In a large bowl toss the pasta in 1 tbsp of butter n pepper Mix veggies with garlic mayo together Plate hot pasta, pour the veggies over it (i poured it on the side to take a good photo) For extra zing add the green chillies. Add the egg, either whole, sliced or chopped Season with oregano. Serve Enjoy ! Cheers Sanjay
